West Yorkshire Police
West Yorkshire Police required a new streamlined site which allowed for easy updating of different areas by neighbourhood policing teams, press officers, divisional teams and the regional office. We provided a Drupal content management system and a fresh new design with a much more intuitive navigation.The site allows for easy updating of regional maps and connects with a variety of back end systems. Visitors can subscribe for updates or newsletters and there are a number of contact forms from Lost Property to reporting a crime. In addition the public can access pictures and videos of suspects or witnesses that they might recognise.

Groundwork
Groundwork appointed Reading Room to undertake a root and branch overhaul of their online offering ensuring the it clearly promotes their services to their key audiences, champion their work and portraying their organisational mission, and to help them better communicate with the communities they work with. Reading Room’s approach was to create a professional, innovative and inspiring online offering for Groundwork by gaining a clear understanding of their key audiences, communities they work with and understand their web usage and preferences. Reading Room introduced a strong and coherent brand online that provides unity of communications across all sites. With the Groundwork UK site the umbrella brand with all the sub sites taking the lead from the parent site, containing design similarities and differences in order to maintain brand continuity but provide differentiation at a lower level.

Walk 4 Life
As part of the national Change4Life movement, the Department of Health wanted to create a Walk4Life campaign designed to get more people up and walking. Using open source mapping technology, we created a platform where anyone in the UK can access walks near them, as well as map their own walks for other people to access and track their fitness progress. The site uses intuitive navigation to drive conversion and integrates with Ordnance Survey maps in order to provide detail in the countryside that can’t be found on Google.
WWF
WWF tasked Reading Room with communicating the depth of their organisation in the digital environment whilst remaining approachable and tangible. We delivered a strategy for the site based on interaction, simplicity, and focus, with a bold architectural approach and catching design, both of which highlight the diversity of WWF's offering, without alienating the organisations valuable and potential supporters.

Speedy Hire
Speedy Hire needed an extranet site that would serve their customer base with up to date information on all of their business interactions with Speedy. This site has instantly become a business tool central to building current and future customer relationships. As part website/part systems application, the site had to have a clean, crisp interface, with secure and easy-to-use functionality seamlessly integrated with internal Speedy systems and customer management processes. This approach has ensured that it is not only a powerful application, but is also a pleasure to use.

Škoda UK
Bold, original and highly distinctive, Reading Room's design for Škoda's new website not only looks good, but also delivers well defined business results. The site's focus on usability and design led to a remarkable 400% increase in requests for test drives and brochures.

Mouchel
Mouchel is a technical implementation project which makes use of the Enterprise CMS solution, Tridion. Its successful implementation enabled Mouchel to easily manage content for their main corporate website as well as having the ability to create a range of new microsites.
