We are looking for a Procurement Manager, reporting to the board, to join our award winning digital company.

Responsibilities:

- Review and lead negotiations of terms and conditions of contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the correct balance of risk / rewards.
- Close liaison with New Business, Operations and Finance on all procurement matters to ensure all commercial issues and risks are identified and managed to ensure good strategy adopted to win bids.

You will have experience and knowledge of:

- Contract management and procurement within public sector and commercial clients
- Supplier and sub-contractor management, including selection, review and flow down of terms and conditions
- Negotiating and closing bids and terms and conditions
- Contract law

You should be educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally supported with relevant professional / commercial qualification (e.g. MCIPS)

You will be:

You will not be:
- Political, defensive, insular, egotistical
